PROPERTY: L.P.N. Development Plc will launch sales of its 1.3-billion-baht L.P.N. Ville this weekend to serve demand for people who want to stay in the Pracha Chuen-Pong Phet area.
The company plans two 19-storey buildings on a seven-rai plot next to Home Pro Pracha Chuen, housing 954 units sized from 32.5 square metres and priced from 999,000 baht.
Managing director Opas Sripayak said the company's research showed strong demand in the location with high population density of about 12,938 people per square kilometre. It also noted the presence of 119 rental apartment buildings with about 25,000 residents.
He said residential units offered in the area were single houses and townhouses but there were no condominiums, so L.P.N.'s building would offer opportunities for ownership for people now renting apartments at 3,000 to 4,000 baht a month.
L.P.N. shares closed yesterday on the Stock Exchange of Thailand at 7.15 baht, up 10 satang, in trade worth 36.36 million baht.
