PROPERTY: L.P.N. Development Plc sold more that 75% of its new Pracha Chuen-Pong Phet condominium worth 1.25 billion baht project during the launch weekend.
The two 19-storey buildings on a seven-rai plot next to Home Pro Pracha Chuen will house 954 units sized from 32.5 square metres and priced from 38,000 baht per sq m or from 1.23 million baht a unit.
Managing director Opas Sripayak said the company was confident in its strategy of developing new projects without relying on mass-transit routes as its target customers were people already living in the areas.
"We've applied a 'blue ocean' strategy by developing projects in high-density locations with no competition. We can expand customer bases and stimulate the awareness of the lifestyle of condominium living," he said.
On the first day of sales on Saturday, the company sold 650 units worth 860 million baht or more than 65% of the total available.
L.P.N. shares closed yesterday on the SET at 8.10 baht, down 10 satang, in trade worth 37.7 million baht.
