According to the resolution of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN)'s Board of Directors to schedule the date of 2008 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday 24th April,2008 at 10.00 hr. at meeting room, 11th , Lumpini Tower, Rama IV Rd., Bangkok.

LPN would like to inform that LPN has disclosed the 2008 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders invitation and related documents on LPN's website www.lpn.co.th since March 24th, 2008 for shareholder acknowledgement. In addition, LPN's 2007 Annual Report is now being prepared and will be publicized on LPN's website upon completion.
