Subject : Notification of the Resolution of Interim Dividend Payment

To : Director and Managing Director , The Stock Exchange of Thailand

At the Board of Directors' Meeting of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited held on Thursday, August 6th, 2009 , the Board has passed the resolution to pay interim dividend for the performance from January 1st - June 30th , 2009 at the rate of 0.16 Baht (Sixteen Satang) per share for the total shares of 1,475,698,768 (One Billion Four Hundred Seventy-Five Million Six Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Eight shares). After deducting a number of shares re-purchased at 8,146,300 shares, the total shares which are eligible to receiving interim dividend is 1,467,552,468 shares. The company will be paying the shareholders whose names appear on the Share Register Book at the date of closing the Company's share register on August 21st, 2009. The interim dividend payment shall be made on August 28, 2009.
