Subject Subscription of new shares in Grand Unity Development Company Limited
To The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Please be informed that L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited ("LPN") has firstly paid for a subscription price of new shares of Grand Unity Development Company Limited ("Grand U"), which are issued for increasing capital by Baht 49.5 Million on April 4, 2008. Grand U has increased its registered capital from Baht 50.0 Million to Baht 600.0 Million, and has called the first payment by 4.50 Baht per share. LPN can subscribe 11 Million shares, amounting Baht 49.5 Million, and will maintain the shareholding proportion of 20% of registered capital. Besides, Grand U has totally repaid the debt to LPN in the amount of Baht 12.0 Million in the same day.
