Subject : Disclosure of Invitation Letter on the Company's website to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2007

Reference is made to the 2007 Shareholders Annual General Meeting of L.P.N Development Public Company Limited to be held on Thursday April 26, 2007 at 14.00 at Seminar Room, 11th Floor, Lumpini Tower to consider the informed agendas. The company would like to inform that invitation letter to the 2007 Shareholders Annual General Meeting and its attachments have been disclosed on the company's website www.lpn.co.th from April 2, 2007 onwards.

The original Invitation Letter, Annual Report and Proxy Form will be sent by registered mail to the shareholders whose names appeared on the Shareholder Registration Book as of April 9, 2007 at 12.00 p.m. for the right to attend the AGM for year 2007.
