Subject: Clarification of the Company Dividend Payment Policy.
L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited would like to clarify the company dividend payment policy. Company's dividend payment is to pay dividend at the rate of not less than 50 percent of its separate financial statement. The dividend policy also use for subsidiaries of the company.
