Subject Interim Dividends Payment

Attention The Director and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand

The Board of Directors Meeting No.4/2007 of L.P.N. Development Public Co., Ltd. held on 6 August 2007 approved the payment of interim dividend from the Net Profit for 6 months ended June 30, 2007 at the rate of Baht 0.10 per share for 1,475,698,768 shares, totaling Baht 147,569,876.80 to the company's shareholders whose name will be in registered book on August 20, 2007 at 12.00 noon. The payment of the interim dividend will be paid on September 4, 2007.
