We, L.P.N. Public Company Limited ("the Company"), would like to notify to correct some details in the Share Repurchase for Financial Management Disclosure Form as follow :
Clause 2.2 is corrected from "The number of shares held by minority shareholders (Free Float) as at October 1, 2008, the latest closing date of the Company's share registration book, was 29.93% of the Company's paid-up capital" to be "The number of shares held by minority shareholders (Free Float) as at October 1, 2008, the latest closing date of the Company's share registration book, was 69.80% of the Company's paid-up capital."
