PROPERTY: L.P.N. Development expects to realise around two billion baht of revenue in the first quarter from the delivery of units in its Lumpini Place Pin Klao 2 and Lumpini Place Ratchada-Tha Phra condominiums.
Managing director Opas Sripayak said that because L.P.N. focused on the middle to lower-end markets that still had real demand, it expected to maintain its 30% gross margin. He said the company had strong sales in January.
L.P.N. shares closed yesterday on the SET at 5.45 baht, unchanged, in trade worth 20.26 million baht.
