Subject : Announcement of invitation to attend the 2010 AGM on our website
Attention : Director and Managing Director, The Stock Exchange of Thailand
We refer to the 2010 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of L.P.N.Development Public Company Limited ("The Company") that shall be held on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 10.00 hours at the meeting room, 11th Floor, L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited, Lumpini Tower, 1168/7 Rama IV, Thungmahamek Sub-district, Sathorn District, Bangkok, Thailand.
The Company has already posted the invitation to attend the 2010 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on the Company's website:http://www.lpn.co.th in order to provide Shareholders with sufficient time to review agenda and all attachments since 3 March 2010. In addition, our 2009 Annual Report is now being prepared and will be publicized on our corporate website upon completion.
The Company shall also send the invitation to attend the 2010 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders by mail to shareholders whose names appear in the record date on March 5 , 2010, and collects the name list under Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act by closing the registration book on March 8, 2010.
